Verónica Colón Rosario is the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Women’s Foundation (PRWF)—the first and only philanthropic organization exclusively committed to advancing gender equity in Puerto Rico. As the PRWF’s first Executive Director, Verónica has been entrusted to carry out its mission and lead the Foundation’s grantmaking, general management, and strategic planning. She brings fierce commitment to gender equity, racial justice, and women’s empowerment, with a strategic vision to continue building the PRWF’s infrastructure. Verónica has a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, and a M.A. degree on Governance and Democracy in Latin America, from the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service of Georgetown University.
