What is your refund policy?
As a small nonprofit organization, every registration directly supports our programs, planning, staffing, and ability to serve the community. When someone registers, we commit resources based on that participation, which is why we are generally unable to offer refunds for cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or missed attendance.
At the same time, we recognize that life can change unexpectedly, and we want to approach those situations with care and compassion. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis for participants experiencing financial hardship or significant extenuating circumstances, such as:
- Job loss or unexpected financial difficulty
- Serious illness or medical emergency
- A family emergency or caregiving situation
- Death or serious illness of a loved one
- Other major unforeseen life events
If you experience one of these situations, please reach out to us. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Julie Montgomery, jmontgomery@womensfundingnetwork.org. Please include the email address associated with your ticket purchase confirmation when requesting a refund.
Depending on the circumstances and timing, we may offer a partial or full refund, or apply the registration as a credit toward a future program. Our goal is to balance sustainability for our organization with care for the people who make up our community. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than September 30, 2026 to membership@womensfundingnetwork.org. You must include the new attendee’s full name and contact details. After September 30, 2026, tickets are non-transferable.
I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email—what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t see it, please email us at membership@womensfundingnetwork.org.
Can I register onsite?
No – attendees must be registered in advance to ensure proper credentials and a smooth check-in process. Please note that there is a $200 late fee if you register after the regular ticket registration deadline of Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.

Is there gender-neutral bathrooms?
At this time, the venue does not have designated gender-neutral restrooms. The facilities include separate men’s and women’s restrooms, as well as a family restroom. Because these restrooms are shared within the larger event space, we’re unable to modify their designation, but we strive to be welcoming and accommodating to everyone. We encourage attendees to use whichever restroom feels most comfortable. The family restroom is available as a private, single-occupancy option.
Is the Summit venue ADA accessible?
Yes. The venue is fully ADA accessible.
Will childcare be available?
Due to limited resources, WFN is unable to provide childcare at the Summit.
Will translation or sign language interpretation be available?

Some sessions may be recorded and photographed to be shared on WFN social media and branded materials. Slide decks and other presentation materials will not be sent to attendees.
