What to Expect
This is not a traditional conference. You won’t spend the day sitting in a room listening to panels. Instead, you’ll be invited to debate, question, experiment, exchange ideas with peers, build strategies, and decide what you want to carry forward.

Relationship-building is woven throughout the Summit because connection is itself a form of infrastructure. The goal is to leave not only with new ideas, but with new relationships, shared strategies, and a stronger sense of what we can build together.
The Morning | From Disruption to Possibility
Start by Challenging the Moment
We’ll begin by looking squarely at the forces reshaping our world—and our work.
A fast-paced Great Power Debate will put competing visions of AI and power head-to-head. Will AI create opportunities to redistribute power, or will it deepen existing concentrations of wealth and influence? You’ll have a chance to form your own view, hear the arguments, and then vote on what you think.
The morning will also include a series of provocative Spark Talks that will challenge you to think differently about who gets to shape the future, what happens to work and leadership, who gets to write the rules when they change, and what kind of future we’re optimizing for.
You won’t just listen. Throughout the morning, you’ll be asked to turn to the people around you, share your questions, test your assumptions, and consider what these shifts mean for feminist philanthropy.
Put Your Capital Where Your Values Are
Imagine you have $100 million to fund the future. Where would you put it? Through the Community Fund, you’ll receive tokens representing your capital and decide how to invest them across ideas such as AI ownership, women’s wealth, movement power, democracy, the care economy, the next generation, global solidarity, resilience, and more.
And your first decision doesn’t have to be your last. You can move your investments throughout the day and see how the collective choices of the room evolve.
Build Strategies, Not Just Ideas
In the Collective Strategy Labs, you’ll move from big questions to practical possibilities. These are working sessions, not presentations. You’ll bring your experience, learn from others, and help develop practical strategies and recommendations that can inform WFN’s work beyond the Summit.

Make Connections That Matter
Throughout the day, you’ll have opportunities to meet people across generations, sectors, geographies, and funding strategies. In the afternoon, Peer Exchange will create space for candid conversations about what people across the field are actually seeing, trying, and learning. The Peer Exchange is an opportunity to ask the questions you don’t always get to ask in public, share what you’re learning, and hear what others are trying.
The Future We Choose
As the day comes to a close, we’ll return to the question at the heart of the Summit: What kind of future do we want to fund, build, and shape? An afternoon keynote will invite us to look beyond the immediate moment and imagine what becomes possible when feminist philanthropy moves from responding to change to actively shaping the future.
The goal isn’t to leave with a perfect set of answers. It’s to leave with new ideas, stronger relationships, shared strategies, and a clearer sense of what we can build together that none of us could build alone.
The future of feminist philanthropy isn’t something we simply have to respond to. It is something we can help shape together.
