Aaron Bos-Lun is the Executive Director of Men4Choice, where he founded and expanded the organization’s Youth Fellowship Program by over 1,900%, making it the centerpiece of Men4Choice’s effort to engage passively pro-choice men as active allies for reproductive freedom.  Men4Choice has grown from an all-volunteer start up 2015-2018 to 41 staff across the country, reaching 10,000’s of young men directly in ongoing organizing and community building and tens of millions online.

Men4Choice is a national organization activating, educating and mobilizing passively pro-choice men as active allies in the fight for reproductive freedom. Through its youth fellowship, community organizing, leadership development, and communications programs, Men4Choice trains young men to organize their peers, build lasting communities, and take meaningful action to get off the sidelines to defend abortion access and reproductive freedom.

Aaron began his career with AmeriCorps in D.C. public schools before moving to Miami for Teach For America, where he was the Florida winner of the Sue Lehmann Excellence in Teaching Award. From this experience he shifted to community organizing, serving as Chair of Engage Miami – now Florida’s largest youth civic engagement group – and was honored with the 2024 National Mentorship Award from New Leaders Council.  In 2025, the Miami New Times recognized Aaron as “Best Activist”.  Aaron also serves on the Victory Fund Campaign Board and holds master’s degrees from the University of Miami and Harvard University.
