WFN 40-year Special Gala and Celebratory Dinner(Required)

This year, WFN is celebrating 40 years with the addition of a special gala and celebratory dinner. To ensure that attendees are fully aware of this event and to help us plan for an engaging and meaningful evening, we are including a $20 fee to confirm participation and reserve a seat at the table. Cancellation/Refund Policy(Required)

We understand that plans can change, and we want to provide flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our event. Below is our refund and transfer policy for the Feminist Funded ‘25 Conference, taking place on September 10-11, 2025, with a Pre-Conference Policy Action Day on September 9:

Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to conference@womensfundingnetwork.org by the following deadlines:

Up to April 30, 2025 – 75% refund of the registration fee.
May 1 – May 31, 2025 – 50% refund of the registration fee.
June 1 – June 30, 2025 – 15% refund of the registration fee.
July 1 – August 15, 2025 – 10% refund of the registration fee.
After August 15, 2025 – No refunds will be issued.

Please include the email address associated with your ticket purchase confirmation when requesting a refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request approval.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another attendee at no additional cost. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing no later than August 15, 2025 to conference@womensfundingnetwork.org and must include the new attendee’s full name and contact details.

Community Health Policy(Required)

The health and safety of the WFN community, including staff and participants is important to us. We recognize the impact of COVID-19 and other timely viral infections are ongoing and the importance of communicating our approach and sharing resources to inform your decision-making around health and safety. Our approach is driven by the policies of our host country, the size and scale of our event, and the reality of vaccine inequity globally.

At this time, we are following the guidelines set out by the U.S., and local D.C. government. While we will take preventative measures – such as providing masks and access to hand sanitizer – to reduce the spread of viral infections, we are not able to guarantee that participants who choose to attend in person will not be exposed to a virus while attending the event. We strongly advise participants to take all precautions based on their health conditions and personal circumstances.

Payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not retain credit card information on our servers.

– When you attend our conference, we may collect additional data from you such as your feedback, photos, videos, audio recordings or social media posts. We use this data to document and showcase the conference activities and achievements, to promote our mission and values, to create a sense of community and belonging among conference participants, and to inform our future planning and development.

How do we store and protect your data?

We store your data on secure servers located in the United States. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification, or loss. We limit access to your data to our staff and contractors who need it to perform their duties related to Women’s Funding Network and/or Feminist Funded. We also require them to follow our data protection policies and procedures.

– Our speakers: We may share your name and email address with the speakers of the conference sessions that you register for or attend. – Conference attendees: Your name, email address, job title, and organization will be visible in the conference app. By default, attendees will be able to see the names of other attendees through the conference contact list. – Additional parties not listed above, for purposes that we will disclose in writing (including via email). If required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before disclosing your data in these additional circumstances.
